Delete Your Account

How to permanently delete your Smart Teacher account and data.

Smart Teacher App Users

If you have a Smart Teacher account, you can delete it directly from within the app.

  1. Open Smart Teacher on your device.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This will permanently delete your account and all associated cloud data, including classes, students, grades, attendance records, lesson plans, AI-generated reports, and subscription records. This action cannot be undone.

Legacy Smart Teacher Users

If you used the previous Smart Teacher app and would like your account and data deleted, please send us an email request.

Email info@kickstartcoders.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

We will process your request and permanently delete your cloud account and any cloud backups within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

All your data is stored in the cloud. When your account is deleted, the following is permanently removed from our servers:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • All classes and class settings
  • Student records and groups
  • Attendance records
  • Grades, assignments, and assessment data
  • Lesson plans and schedules
  • AI-generated reports
  • Subscription and billing records
